We flew home early new years eve. Sadly to say we had no plans so later on that night the Williams family were doing fireworks so we bathed the kids and off we went outside to do fireworks. The kids loved it. this is how we brought in the new year!!!! Happy 2012

The kids woke up at 7:00. which worked out perfectly because we had church at 9:00 at mike;s parents ward. We had a blast watching the kids open up there Christmas. They LOVED LOVED just opening the presents it didn't matter what it was, just let me open... So we opened the presents went to church came home and got ready. Mike stayed home to put the kids home and I left to go to Sally and the boys ward at 1:00 to watch her sing a duet and sing in the choir. She sang one of Justin's favorite Christmas song. I guess when they were in California her friend wrote a mixture of songs all in one, she used to sing it every Christmas for there program. Well Justin told her she should sing that every year, so she did what he wanted her to do . It was BEAUTIFUL, I don't know how she and 2 other girls got through it, but she did. I am so glad I got to listen to that song, it was pretty. What a tough day and time it was for all of us, we all miss him so much. I left there ward and headed right back to my in laws where everyone was meeting at 2:30, I didn't even get to change my cloths... What a fun day it was. Then at 5:30 we went to my aunts house to see my cousins. What a great day it was, bitter sweet!!!!!

We went up to Kamas to have our traditional Christmas eve dinner.. Well not so because we were missing a few. This was our first Christmas without Justin.. So we took are kids to Dana Park a shopping plaza to see Santa, Hadley was ready Cohen was not so sure when we got right up to him. But we were successful. They told Santa they wanted TOYS!!!! Sweet anything goes, I guess. After we hung out and looked at some booths and ate Kettlecorn. Oh when they saw the popcorn, they were all over it. The tempurture was perfect and we have a really fun night.

The last 3 or 4 years we have been invited to go to Chicago the first weekend of December by Paul Kelly, AZ Max, Mikes oral surgen, to join them for some CE courses. Mike loves this weekend because he loves doing this type of work. It is so much fun with all of the ladies. While Mike is in classes, I go out with all the ladies and shop till we drop. We always eat really good food and I always have some amazing conversations. It is a blast to be in Chicago during this time of year, we love the Kelly's they are so fun to be with. Thanks AZ Maz for another great year. I didn't get many pictures at all but here is us with Paul and Kara Kelly.

We again took an early flight out on Sunday are plan left at 8:05 so we woke our kids up at 6:15 and off we went to the airport. We made it home safe and sound at 9:45 am. On the way home Cohen said my go back to my Utah. Oh so sad, and they they both said go to grandmas house. Even on the way home they both said get more chocolate at grandmas house, they really must have like grandmas house. We almost made it home before both kids were asleep. we put them right into there beds, home sweet home.. Thanks everyone for a great and eventful Thanksgiving weekend.. We woke up to help grandpa and Mike to clean up leaves, Kids were out helping and loving it. Later Nick, Chance and Sophie came over to play(cousins). they played and played outside all afternoon. That night we went to see the temple lights. They were beautiful and as we were driving by the temple to park Cohen yelled temple, man that kid is smart. We meet family members there, but we didn't last to long. The kids hands were frozen and they wouldn't keep there gloves on and Cohen didn't like it. Hadley could of cared less she was just fine. Cohen kept saying go back to grandmas house, and then it was go back to papa's truck. We knew he was done. We left and went back to the Crockett's house and there were grandma and grandpa Yates to say good bye to us. We had fun being with our families, but we have some work cut out for us with these 2 2 year olds. See you at Christmas... maybe... HAHA!!!!

Friday we just went shopping around 9;00 in the morning at the mall just to mess around. We tried to see Santa but he wasn't there that early. We didn't even buy anything so we left and went home played around and gave the kids a nap. Then we were off to go put a Christmas tree on Justin's grave. As I was buying the little tree I broke down and started to cry it was such a reality that I was doing this. So many people were probably decorating there Christmas trees that day so I thought he needed one to. Mike and the kids got out with me but it was cold so the kids went and got back into the truck, while I had a moment with Justin. All I could do was cry and kept asking why. It wasn't my choice but I guess he was needed for bigger and better things. I miss him so much and it was so hard to be at his grave but I wouldn't have missed it for the world. Justin I hope you are decorating that tree just the way you like it, I miss and love you so much..Merry Christmas!!!!

So 2 weeks before Thanksgiving Mike decided we were going to Utah. Our flight Thanksgiving morning at 6:30 am, yes call us crazy. We woke our kids up at 4;30 and away we went to the airport. We landed at 8;30 in the morning and grandpa as Cohen now calls him PAPA came to pick us up. Off we went to grandma and grandpa's house, our kids were so excited to go to Utah. when we were getting off the plane the pilot let our kids go sit in the cockpit wow what a treat. Here are some pictures of some of our fun!!!!Kids loved playing with there cousins. Mike and I got into a honeybutter food fight so I had to sahre the picture... What are we little kids??

Here are some random pictures taken . the picture of Hadley and Cohen on the floor is pretty much how one of them or both of them sleep for nap time. Yes they get out of there cribs and PARTY and then they crash where ever. I have even found her in the closet all bundled up once. The Party usually is destroying there room, it's quit the sight.....Grandma Nancy came back for a visit the first part of November, we had a blast with Grandma.

I work until 4, came home a got the kids ready for trick or treating. We went over to Kori's house (who now lives in our old house they are renting it from us) for a party with lots of yummy food. My kids loved trick or treating they couldn't get enough of it, they were running from house to house. I learned that Hadley loves suckers. The houses that put the bowl near her reach she was grabbing the sucker. I have proof on how many she opened and tried to eat on our way, I;m sure there were more on the ground. It was a beautiful night and we had a blast. Thanks grandma Barbie for making our costumes, we loved them!!!!!!

Mike's parents came out to visit us for mike's birthday. So on Thursday October 20th Mike's birthday we took our kids to the pumpkin patch.. I kept telling the kids that when grandma and grandpa get to Arizona we can go to the pumpkin patch.. Well Cohen never forgot every day several times a day he would ask to go to the pumpkin patch, so we finally went. We all had so much fun. Our kids picked out some pretty big pumpkins..

Mike and I snuck away from our kids for a long weekend to head up to Seattle for Mike's hygenist Tara's wedding. It was so beautiful and cold. We lucked out with no rain, just some wind and low 50's for the temperature. Tare and Justin are from that area. It was so fun spending that time with Mike. rick and Vickie joined us too, we all had a blast...... Mike got to throw his own fish that he wanted to buy, and he put on quite the show. I snuck up to Utah for a quick weekend in September for the big 90th birthday party.... I haven't been up to Utah in 11 or 12 years in the fall and wow it was beautiful...... This was the first time going back to Utah after Justin died. It was so hard being there and knowing that on this earth I'm not going to see him again. I miss him so much. I'm glad I went up to face that before the holidays. The holidays are going to be hard, but we will get through it. His cute family came to the party and it was so good to see them. As you can see there is a missing piece to our family picture. I love you Justin..

When we were in Utah for my brother Justin's funeral, my 3 nephews Justin's boys all had these bears. Some nice people brought these bears for the boys so they could cuddle with them. Well not only did they like them so did my kids. So when we got Home we found them at our local Costco, had to buy them. This is the proof how much they like them....

We had so much fun with our friends for our staycation over the 24th of July weekend. We swam and swam we ate, we played, and had good conversation. Happy Birthday Jenn we had so much fun!!!!!! Later that night we meet up with Sally her mom and the boys. Teri and her family were there too. We all went to the Cheesecake factory for dinner, and again it felt like at any moment Justin was going to walk in to meet us.. Again he didn't. I think the adults had a harder time with the reality at that moment than the kids, they were busy being kids.. Mike leaned over to me and said this feels weird that Justin isn't here, I said I know. Justin we miss you and love you so much!!!!

We went to California for the 4th of July weekend. It was so bitter sweet. The last time I was in California was when Mike and I were visiting Justin Sally and the boys. It was good to be there, We went to Yorba Linda where Jenn Mikes sister now lives with her family. We had a surprise just before we went we found out that Sally was going to be in Corna Del Mar at a beach house her friend was letting her say in for a week. So we got to see both sides of the family. We stayed in a hotel by Jenn's in Yorba Linda. We went to the beach and hung out. It was so hard to see Sally and the boys without Justin around. I expected him to show up at any time, but sadly he didn't. We were there to celebrate Jenn's birthday on the 2nd. We drove home on the 4th, silly Mike wouldn't take July 5th off. He regreted tn hat, I told him he would. This was the twin's first time to the beach and they LOVED IT, they were covered in sand from head to toe. It was so fun watching them enjoying....

Oh my gosh I can't believe the twins are 2, they are into everything. Cohen he is especially he also throws everything and in mid air he say's catch. He has broken several things due to this. He is BOY!!!! She is Girly for what I can tell, she carries all my bags around and say's purse. She is a the little mother and she is the BOSS. Some days are very challenging, but for the most part they are so much fun. They make me laugh, I love watching them. They are different in many ways but, that's what we want right they are boy and girl. Now they are talking up a storm, she tries to copy more, but he all of a sudden say's something so you know he is listening. He say's HI to everyone it is so cute. The night of June 1st was the biggest shock of my life

June 1st 2011 my 37 year old brother just older than me was killed in a small plane crash. All 4 people died. He was coming home from a business meeting from st. George. It was a really windy day so they re routed there trip to go to Wendover insead of the main channel thinking it would be better. The plane ride was really bumpy and the landing was very hard. A witness saw the landing and said it was rough well then a shear wind picked it back up and threw it into the ground. They were landing in Wendover to get some fuel, they were running lower do to the weight of the plane and the wind. I got the call just after we had given our kids a bath and were just starting to relax with the Cerva family. It was there last night they were leaving really early Thursday morning. So around 9:00 pm I got the call, shear SHOCK, it was the most awful phone call I have ever been on. All I could say was NO,NO,NO. Mike came over to me and knew it was bad, he grabbed me and held me tight as I told him and the news. I started to collapse in his arms and was crying so hard. His poor boys 3 boys 11 9 and 51/2 and wife. My heart still hurts and the tears keep coming for the loss of my brother. His kids have had a really hard time and Sally the poor thing. I can't imagine being her and losing my spouse. How does she pick up the pieces. She is doing her best and is holding her boys that much tighter. Thank you everyone for your thought prayers and phone calls. I know that the prayers are carrying us through this.

Paul and Kara Kelly came with us to Hawaii with us this year. We left April 29th and they came home on Wednesday May 4th and Mike and I stayed until really late Friday night May 6th. It was the best it was so fun, we laughed and laughed and laughed. We have so many good friends and we are so blessed to have them all in our life. Mike and I just hung out and enjoyed each other after they left, the weather was poopy, but we still were enjoying it. In the last 5 years we have been going we have never experienced crappy weather and pooring rain. But again your in Hawaii so whats there to complain about...

Mike got Tangled the movie in his basket, so he put it on and we all loved it. The kids can't get enough of that movie. Then we got ready for church and we got to wear our Easter church clothes. This is what the twins are up too these days, TROUBLE!!!! Cohen got into a cake mix opened it and shook it everywhere, they played in a suitcase and a basket, got a hold of dad glasses and alarm clock. They climb in my cupboards and hide. I find them into everything, don't get me wrong I get quit a kick out of them, and I am always laughing. Man o man they are busy, as you can see Cohen still is biting and pulling hair. Poor Haddles, oh and us. We just keep trying to get him to stop. I couldn't imagine my life without them and there messes now that I have them. We love them!!!!!

YEAH!!!! I finally have a picture of our FABULOUS NANNY, JENNIE is the BEST.. We all love her and I think she loves us too. The truth is she adores the twins, we are so blessed to have her in our lives. Hadley and Cohen love there Jennie. She gave them each a book for valentines, they love books. Grandma and Grandpa Yates and Grandma and Grandpa Crockett gave each kid 5 dollars. WOW lucky and that money went straight to the bank, THANK YOU!!!!!

Uncle Kyle and Nick came down to get some dental work done. Hadley and Cohen loved having him here, They played so hard and it was so fun watching them all play. It was funny watching Nick try to protect the toys he wanted to play with away from the m. They would both gang up and tease him it was pretty funny!!!!! Well here is some pictures of our fun....
